It wasn't just a Quake, it was a Tsunami, and then they also had debris everywhere.

This is the Country who are the most prepared people in the world for Quakes and Tsunami's.

Also the Tsunami wave hit more than just Japan, it hit many others such as New Zealand.

There is also a Radioactive coolant leak in one of their Reactors in Japan and now they want to try cool them down.

there was an earthquake. Thats what started the tsunami. IT reached the coats of northern australia, new zealand and even california and south america. It isnt a coolant leak its the fact that the coolers arnt working and that the nuclear core is overheating.

Anyway this quake and natural stuff is worrying.

Haiti, Iceland, India, Carribean, The Wars in the Mid-East, Australian Floods, Australian hurricanes, New Zealand EQ and now Japan.

Thats just in 1 year.

Well put it this way, Atleast 3 Countries will of been liberated from there Authoritarian leader. So that's some what good news.

But bad news is, if the Reactors Do overheat and go into Meltdown, most of the Pacific will be covered in thousands of Rads of Radiation (Which freaking terrible), and most of the West Coat will be bathed in 750 Rads... which is VERY bad.

And the Sendai Quake, which was a 8.9, was 8,000 times stronger than the Christchurch Quake, and it worse it has the same amount of power output than a 300 Megaton Nuclear Warhead, that that yield is 300,000 times as strong as the Bomb dropped on Hiroshima. but Amazingly Japan is gonna get of light hearted if the Fukushima Reactors do Melt down, as all of the Radiation is gonna into the Pacific... and the US West Coast, while only a small part of Japan is touched by the Radiation.

Note: Urgh after doing some research on Wiki, my yield of 300 Megaton Bomb, being 300k stronger, is either To much or to little.

Eh... Some sources say an 8.0 is has a yield of 1 Gigaton (1 Gigaton is 1000 Megaton, which is 1000 Kiloton, which is 1000 ton of TNT, So if it was even just 1 Gigaton it is MILLIONS!! of times stronger than the bomb dropped on Hiroshima. ) yet some sources say a 9.0 is only half a Gigaton.. so I've no idea atm.

But either way the Sendai is the worse Earthquake, in quite some time, Also Vorta Chile never got hit by a 9.5.

Edit: for those who don't have an interest in Nuclear weapons, a Single Gigaton Nuke, is enough to send the most of the world to the Stone age.
