From now on Moderator status will be messured in levels 1-3.

Level 1 Moderator

Will be able to control a small area of the forum where they post mainly. They will be able to warn users by post.

Level 2 Moderator

Can control a large area of the forum but not all of it. Can warn users by post.

Level 3 Moderator

Can control all of the forum and can warn users via post. Note: level 3' do not have administrator power
