The name is heavily disputed but mainly accepted as Norexian-Class, but in Cannon, there "Valdor-Type Warbirds" but the Norexian isn't stronger than the D-Type Warbird,

Tal'Shiar Translated means The Black Legion. Why would they want an Blue Warbird.... the Romulan Color is Green, the Color of there blood. using a Blue Warbird is gonna turn heads.
