There are a number of governments which will each have 1 user as a leader from the forum.

Klingon Empire - Non
Romulan Empire - Gamerang
Cardassian Union - Non
Reman Empire - Non
Dominion - Non
Borg Collective - Non

Sub-Govs:

Orion Syndicate (Federation) - Non
Vulcan Command (Federation) - Non
Andorian Guard (Federation) - Non
Delpin Nation (Cardassian) - Non
Tholian Assembley (Romulan) - Non
Bajouran Republic (Cardassian) - Non
Breen Confederacy (Dominion) - Non
Son'a Empire (Reman) - Non

Leaders will be apointed next to these names when the RP starts. Each goverment will have an amount of money. All Major Governments will start with 2000 Latinum and Sub-Governments with 500 latinum. This will be listed on the 'Financial sheet' which will be added to the RP.

Governments conquer planets and Empire's by buying them using there latinum.
