Members

1. Do Not Necro (x4 = Ban)
2. Do Not Spam (x3 = Ban)
3. Do Not Swear (x3 = Ban)
4. Do Not Post Copywrite Infrigmented Content (x1 = Ban | x2 = IP Ban)
5. Do Not Post Pornographic material (x1 = Ban)
6. HAVE FUN (No Ban For That )

Moderators & Administrators

Warning: Users have a warning bar. These warning bars may only be editted by Administrators and may only be altered if one of the rules is breached.

Banning: If a user breaks a rule[s] more than 3 times they can be banned. If they return as a new user or as a guest and continue to breach the rules they can be IP banned however only high admins can complete this action.

Moving Topics: Only a move a topic if it has been put inside the wrong forum.

Merging Topics: Two topics that are of the same subject maybe merged to create one single topic.

Locking Topics: Locking a topic means that only Mods and Admins may post in that thread. ONLY LOCK A TOPIC FOR ONE OF THE FOLLOWING REASONS:

Excessive Spam
Excessive Swearing
Excessive Banned Material
Massive Arguments
Severely off topic

This is something like the Fifth one (you made an .5 one before, IIRC)

.5 was for somebody else because it was going to be changed to a different topic (online gaming in general) but then we changed it back to ST.
